Project Completion
Step 10: Project Completion — 100% customer satisfaction is the number one goal for Solid Builders. We take the following steps to ensure your project is completed to our company’s high quality of standards and you are pleased with our work:
- Project Finalized: Aaron Miller, the owner and General Contractor of Solid Builders reviews the final product to double check that the scope of work is complete and done correctly.
- Final Walk Through: Once we finalize all the details of the project completion, we schedule a final walk through with the client(s). At this time, you are to address any repairs or adjustment you see are necessary.
- Final payment is due: Once the project is deemed finished, final payment is due in full. This initiates the one-year stardard warranty that comes along with all our projects.
- Now it’s time for you to start enjoying the new features of your home.
