Step 8: Preparing for Your Home Remodel and/or New Construction and Contract Execution — We want our customers to be comfortable with the construction phase of the process. To accomplish this, we will setup a meeting to review the following elements.
- How you should prepare your house for remodeling (moving furniture, valuables, etc.)
- Location of debris pile/control (if needed)
- Location of material staging area
- Home security and project safety (arrangements for accessing the home)
- Children and pets access to the job site or any other personal concerns you have
- Schedule of construction crew and how it will impact your family
